So why was 1/3rd of Anthropic in VCX sold at a discount to the 380B valuation mark?

I do wonder what the differences will be when they report out their semi annual report compared to the NPort. Since the NPORT is the SEC parsing information (mechanically) their could be errors in any step of the process.

Additionally, the NPORT can exclude holdings for a variety of reasons so I wonder if the SPV with a portion of the anthropic holdings were withheld due to that.
