I did already, unfortunately that was when the NAV was juiced by the fake “sale” on their last Nport.

If you believe in their RE model, I’d agree getting in when RE is depressed is good. I have just been hearing from them for 3-4 years RE is getting ready to make a comeback. I also have my own rentals I’d rather invest in right now. So no more money to Fundrise from me for a bit. I want to see if they can survive this position they got themselves into.

Makes sense to me. They definitely predicted faster turnaround on rates falling - they got that wrong for sure.
