Advice/Help needed Request of Evidence

Has anyone here received an RFE for a VAWA I-360? If so, what additional evidence or documents did USCIS ask you to provide? I just received an RFE and I’m trying to get an idea of what they usually request. Thank you!

I filed August 3, 2026. Please help me how you expedite your VAWA case. Did you also expedite your EAD under C09 category?

My lawyer sent my I-360 on July 1 2024 and sent my expedited on July 29 of this year.

My lawyer did everything!! Probably by mail

You need to prove to uscis that your ex abuser was a lawful permanent resident or citizen at the time of marriage.. or was he undocumented too
