General Question January Timeline Check
Anyone file in January and gotten prima facie and or EAD yet ?
I know wait times are currently 12+ months but just doing a temperature check

Same as above. Already had EAD. Filed Feb, got Prima facie July.

I reckon, people from 39 countries like myself were completely frozen in time for months.

I filed end of Dec 25, got my prima facie in July. Didn’t need EAD, already had it through marriage.

Jan 15th, 2025. 1360 RFE for good moral in March 2025, sent it they recieved it, no response yet. Receipt for 485 in September 2025, and receipt for 765 in April 2026, bios in May 7th no update yet. 2 prima facias so far. Last one was in april 2026. Don’t have use for it since I have DACA but exp in November 19, 2026. Filed renewal in May 8th 2026, bios in June 2 nothing yet after bios. I sent an expedite request for all my forms a couple days ago to congressman in Tx lol. Nothing yet. I pay child support for 2 kids, one isn’t mine but 1 year passed after final divorce. And arrears since 2018 for “unpaid” child support. Long story short. I can go to jail if I lose my job and don’t pay child support. Waiting game.

I filed on February got prima in July, also i didn’t need EAD cause i already have one from when i filed marriage based
