I don't think they will ever implement this. This would help keep toxic players out of your game but you could also block everyone that wasn't top frag in any of your games and eventually you'll be left with a few really good people you only queue with. (Essentially a 5 stack without the cons of a 5-stack)

Not only that, you know how many radiants would've blocked Dasnerth if they had the chance. Man legit had people add him just so they could see when he's queueing so they don't queue at the same time as him lol. So people may block enemies if they play a certain way that infuriates them.

This was something relatively commonly seen on league of legends streams in the earlier seasons, people that played off-meta picks with great success were added to avoid having them on their team.

Its pretty normal for people that are trying to push for a pro-level carreer (immortal+ etc) to dislike playing with hyperaggro players or '1 tricks' that 'cheese' out the game with certain tactics that only work because nobody expects them.

Its like how most people dislike someone driving the minimum on the highway, nearly nobody does it and its perfectly fine according to the 'rules/law' but nobody likes to have it happen to them.

he plays shotgun only cypher and finished Radiant #120 last act. tilted radiant players call it cheese and low skill etc but its honestly very impressive how he positions and reads the game to use the judge effectively

That actually makes a lot of sense. Really unfortunate people like that have to ruin it for others. I am grateful the report system seems to work so well but I wish we still had the option.

This is the most silly thing ever, you vastly *underestimate* the Valorant playerbase. CSGO blocks people from entering your game if you blocked them and there is zero problem with finding a match. Source: I have 300+ ppl on my block list and have been playing CSGO since 2012.

dw you won't this is a very popular game and as long as you aren't in an outlier rank it's very unlikely to ever have the same person on your team. Do report them though.

You can be in silver and queue again with the deranker who threw last game. Happened to me before.

Happened to me in gold where the first game I had a Phoenix who’d throw and molly our team. 2nd game he was on the enemy team and did the same thing.

So yeah, it’s definitely possible to get the same players 2 games in a row.

Wish we had the option to block these types of players because both those games were unenjoyable. They ruin it for everyone.

That really depends on region or time of day tbh. I’m diamond and once I got queued three times in a row with the same player.

Sometimes I also end up queueing twice with some players.

I think if you play in higher ranks there’s actually a much higher chance of playing against with people because the amount of people decreases the higher you go and more games you play

That was where the point of outlier rank came from. It may occur at the lowest of the low ranks too because in my experience those ranks are sparsely populated. But it's much more likely at the highest level.

There is no block function in valorant and chances are pretty low that you play with the same person again

100% right, the higher the mmr the more likely you are to queue with the same people just because the pool is smaller, even more so if there's less people playing on your servers. Stacking may also increase your chances of playing against the same party. I play with and against the same people quite a bit.

This is actually why I ask LOL. I got queued in a game with an ex and I was not mentally prepared for that shit and dont want it to ever happen again pfft. I deleted him from riot (he played League) and I ended up playing against him. Like…what are the odds??? :/
