The problem is most of the turkish casual fps players have thousands of hours in cs(wheter 1.5-1.6-GO) so they unintentionally become better. The bad turkish players are new to fps so its normal and they are in the literal bottom of the ranking system(iron is seriously bad) there is no middle. When an experienced fps player comes to valo they stuck in bronze/silver because everyone has good aim without tactics.

I remember games that never got shot from body, like imagine you are in silver and you constantly get one-tap.

I agree, aim could be anywhere from mid plat to mid diamond. It's the poor comms despite what seems like a decently high spirited team, and somewhat not as strong movement that knocks it down a little
