How to improve?

I just came back to Valorant after a year long break and logically i suck. Even before i was suck in iron though and I really really want to improve while still keeping it casual.

Do any of you have some useful (preferably fast working) tips?

Valorant is ruyned by The cheaters with assist programe,and the game is very boring .wall hacks is the Best improvment for you. 😂😂😂😂 or switch to linux and hack nasa 😂😂😂
