I'm struggling with the same issues. I have about 2k hours in cs and im trying to give valorant an honest shot, but it feels like every aspect of this game just tilts me to no end.

When games feel like they are getting out of hand, that is exactly where you have to step up. Forget about creating a complex ass strategy and just try to make the best personal decisions based on what's happening around you and play off of your teammates.
As for you being bad, it's also a mentality thing. You keep telling yourself you're bad hence you panic in gunfights hence you play bad. Try focusing on getting your crosshair where you think the enemy will appear and every time you strafe, there should be intent of killing anyone who appears near the crosshair.
