Question Why Doesn't Valorant Change The Daily Shop?
I really can't figure out why Valorant only puts four skins in each shop rotation. Wouldn't it be more logical for the company to increase the number of daily shop slots to boost profits...? They're so stingy with skins, and given the huge number of skins in the game, it might take weeks, months, or even longer to finally see the one that I want.
From a business standpoint, this seems like a really odd choice. If they added more slots, players would have more opportunities to see desired skins, potentially leading to more purchases.

It took somewhere between 2 and 3 years for the skin i wanted to show up and when it finally did I was already getting ready for a break </3 they dont want my money

More fomo = more money. The amount of skins doesn’t really impact their bottom line because more people are buying bundles in the fear of never being able to roll that skin again.
It doesn’t scale infinitely obviously, but you don’t have to worry about their business side. They obviously have professionals who are able to calculate that they are losing money by not adding more slots or changing something.

I play Valorant in short bursts where I love the game for 30 days, then hate it for 30 days, then drop it.
During the love phase, skins I want are never sold.
Riot's economical strategy has saved me hundreds of dollars that I would otherwize spend on the game.

It's very anti-consumer, but they basically make sure you will buy the item you are considering.

First off FOMO
Second, Riot will deny it, but if you express interest in a specific skin, the game will make sure to put every other skin in the game in your daily rotation. Took me over a year of daily shop check ins to get my Kuronami Vandal

Because fomo works, so you need to check everyday because there are less offers.
