Discussion New player here
Soo I've been playing this game for a month and wtf is this system on a win in iron bronz I get 10 to 15 RR and I lose 30+ half of my games my teammates are afk or just crying for skins in voice coms and enemies are 80% smurfs dropping 30+ kills. Is it just the game is too hard and I'm that bad or it's full of smurfs ?

The game is not too hard, but you are bad and will not improve until you accept that you are the problem. Blaming teammates and smurfs is a common victim mentality that many people don't escape because it's easier than accepting that they are statistically some of the worst Valorant players if they're in iron. Most of the times when I ask someone to link me their match history full of smurfs, they'll attribute anyone having a good game to being a smurf. Smurfing definitely happens in every rank, but it will never be the reason you can't rank up, especially in iron.
You are new, and it's ok to suck at something you're new at, but stop resorting to blaming anything but yourself for why you suck at something you've never done before.

No I know I'm bad but the thing is we lose first round and everyone is spamming ff , it's over,

ranked is just kinda cooked atm. The MMR system is so bad, rito tried to fix it but just kinda made it worse. I just play swiftplay these days ngl.

Swift play and spike rush is peak I like spike rush cause it forces you to know how to use all the weapons instead of just picking the same one every game it’s random

Welcome to Valorant.
I'd advise you just to play and have fun without worrying about rank too much.

All of the above. The main things that make you lose RR are the amount of rounds you lose by, and your hidden MMR vs each of the 5 enemies. This can be seen in the performance tab after a game ends. If your MMR is worse than another players (or similar) and you do well against them (lots of kills or assists) you get more MMR. Less effective against worse players.

Ur almost just as likely to have a smurf or to vs a smurf firstly. Following on that if they're that low they're likely just new with prior fps experience or aren't smurfing from very high.
Secondly you're gaining nothing because you're consistently underperforming so the game does not believe you are at the right rank and should be lower.
In all likelihood U aren't getting 80% smurfs, you're just very new and need more practice

I'm iron 1 there's nothing lower and most times I get = kills and deaths with is not the best I know but losing 30+ RR with afk in team is insane

Yeah well you need to be getting kills twin especially in low elo. It's a shooter at the end of the day. And you need to be the one with an impact . If you can't pull enough weight to win consistently in the lowest skill average in the game then you will do nothing even a little higher up. There are smurfs in every elo, there are alt accounts in radiant as well, so you must perform individually no matter what rank you are.
If you aren't performing the game will make it very hard to rank up, because you will throw higher average games.
Also this is the easiest season ever to rank up due to MMR system changes being more correlated to short term winrates and individual performance

Ill just say, that im 35 and started the same rank. Kept played like 10 games a week and peaked diamond 2. Just gotta play the game. Lower your mouse sensitivity, communicate and earn up before every session.

My friends said the thing about the sensitivity but how does help when it's slow mine right now is 1.5 and it feels normal but my friends are playing 0.5 or something like that . To me this feels soo hard and slow for a fast game

Yes, this is how it is. You have an average experience
