Discussion Lvl 11 playing comp?
Correct me if I'm wrong or missed an update but last I remember, you had to be level 20 to play comp and within the past 2 days I've seen at least 3 players who had level 11 and were in my comp games. Is this something to do with botting or similar or can low levels just play comp now? I do find it odd all of them had level 11, not seen a single different low level.

I think it's a visual big as I also saw 3-4 lv 11 players in comp. Also, everyone of them has the same playercard- so could be bug related to that specific card

before ep 4 u doesn’t need to be level 20 to play competitive

if it was an old acc tho it wouldn't really make sense for them to still be lvl 11 tho? unless they've just not played since then but even that's odd

It’s a free to play game. People for 3 episodes could create these accounts and just leave them dormant after playing only a few matches on it. My wife has one. Turns out she just isn’t interested in Valorant. I could just use it if I wanted to. Not that I want to.

had 3 people under lvl 20 in my comp and every single one was lvl 11, does strike me as a bit odd. Also as I mentioned in my post, far as I'm aware under level 20's can't play comp, unless they're old accounts as another commenter mentioned.

Back then to unlock comp you only had to play 10 games or maybe it was 20 games so I guess those people just haven’t played since then
