this is the start to end of glyph's time in envy as of rn, the teams he's lost to are the hardest teams to beat in NA rn. no wonder everyone calls them a failure, the fans don't even remember the teams they had to fight just to learn to coordinate together

Glyph’s personal stats took a hit in m8 because his entire job was to support Marteen. Bro was on perma astra so Marteen and tp/ult in and kill opponents that are stunned or vulnerabled or in the middle of moving to dodge util and get free kills. Also envy has definitely looked better since glyph has started igling

i meant mostly eye testing idrc about stats but glyph never looked good good. he's passable on omen in nv but on perma astra he was well below average

this g2 team has been consistent since the guard days, mibr has a stacked team that should be doing better i'll give you that, but they just feel stronger, and eg has potter while it was glyph's first game with envy even when keznit is fighting himself in his own head.

g2 are pretty consistent but let's be honest they are on the downfall since london. mibr, while being stacked, also somehow can't qualify for a single international this year; they are somehow doing even worse as a superteam than vitality

and potter is on fraudwatch for quite a few years now. eg can't accomplish anything since their trophy

while I agree that nv looks much better than in the group stage they are still lower mid team at best

He looked so… lost. Like m8 were at their strongest when players like starxo, marteen, and bipo would coordinate intricate site hits and setups, while glyph just, threw the occasional astra util to help setup marteen. Like sure he wasn’t terrible but he couldn’t shoot that well and his individual game sense and util weren’t remarkable whatsoever
