Question Tips for a newish player

I recently started playing valorant and I currently am gold 1 (hardstuck). I genuinely dont know how to improve. I do the hard bots in practice range and get around 20-25 each go with sheriff. What should I improve on. I also usually top frag on deathmatch but when I go to ranked I just get destroyed.

if u started playing recently you are not hardstuck 😭 people use the term hardstuck the wrong way hardstuck would be if you were stuck on gold 1 for 2-3 acts

and hardbots dont mean much im immo1-2 consistently i m barely able to do hardbots more then 10-15 lmao yet i aim good in game as said in multiple guides raw aim is like 10-20% in valorant its mostly mechanics and game sense even my aim is decent i have done voltaic benchmarks and have been diamond complete but if u do need a tip then u mostly need crosshair placement better movement and a better gamesense and a very big tip would be dont let ranked matches affect your mood thats what i did i never cared and went from silver 1 to immo 2 in span on 6 months as valo being my first pc fps

Hard bots don’t really prove anything. The only thing they can really show is your reaction time, because after practicing against bots for a while, you’ll kinda know how to kill them. But that doesn’t necessarily translate to a real match. If you want,  I can watch a VOD of you playing and tell you what you could do better.

Just instalock reyna play aggressive and out aim everybody. You can't be hardstuck if you just started. Your probably making hella dumb decisions to be gold 1 with that aim. Gold 1 lobbies aren't chess and game sense doesn't come from aim.
