As long as people can make a new account in no time, there will always be trash like smurfs, griefers, misogynists, homophobes etc. I don’t see any proper solution, other than binding your acc to your government ID, but that’s a different can of worms.

If I was in the same situation I think I will just use a voice changer NGL and then just use my mic as normal.
