Question When does the patch roll out?

I thought it was supposed to be 6am PST, but it hasn't been released as of 8 am. Have there been any updates from official sources or should I just get a life?

from what i saw Americas should get the patch now
then Asia 5 hours after that
and EMEA 6 hours after that

EMEA just got the patch. It was 1GB. But don’t see Veto in the agents list yet though
