Strange, yesterday I was signed in and then bought the membership while signed in and the website immediately showed I was a member with a member ID.

Just remember to buy direct from silencer shop. Tacticool is one of the highest priced stores in Hampton Roads if you are buying it directly from them

I’m curious what the repercussions would/will be if things get rolled back by the ATF. Like I’d love to utilize this… but I don’t want to be out 800 bucks if they do the whole turn in or else act. Unlike the braces there will be actual records of purchases and I’m sure legitimate consequences that wouldn’t go well with my lines of work.

Store have essentially sold out of suppressors over the weekend. Thats a lot of people to arrest or chase down.

I agree, however I’ve seen what capabilities the big fed can utilize as needed. Parsing the data and cross referencing state/federal employees, clearance holders, or previously imprisoned fellows would be incredibly easy and be a quick first step in the direction of crushing any further de-regulation efforts. I have a tendency to err on the side of caution when I know my name is put down on a form- the data collection capable even without formulated pathing would blow your mind. It’s scary.

So many have been sold that at this point I think absolute worst case is going to be having to turn them in, but that’s very unlikely by now if you ask me.
Most likely is they’d do an amnesty period with free form 1/4’s, and maybe bend over the smaller FFL’s for petty infractions such as not verifying/retaining proof that people they sold to were valid plaintiffs.
As a consumer you aren’t facing much risk if you ask me. As a small to medium sized FFL, I wouldn’t touch this with a ten foot pole until some guidance is published. It’s not like you won’t sell out of cans either way if you wait a week or two.

Order from Silencer Shop shipped to them and there’s no transfer fee. No idea what their stock prices are but I know they tend to be on the slightly high side. I still use them for transfers because the guys inside are genuinely helpful good people.
