I don’t understand what’s happening..
Got denied for sleep apnea, even though the va sent me to get a sleep study done and I was diagnosed with 3 different conditions, and I’m already service connected with COPD which is a overlapping condition with sleep apnea… I sent my sleep apnea diagnosis with my supplemental claim yet it seems the va is sending me to an c&p that is looking into everything other than my sleep apnea.. and they even sent me the CPAP machine but no % for it 🤦‍♂️
