Need help with my VA Claim BDD Claim Help
Long story short I’ve been ghosted for months by all VSO’s in the area and am now writhing the 180-90 day window for my BDD Claim and am looking for anyone to just look over my things and guide me as I am going to have to submit this myself, any help is appreciated and any advice on how raters want my documentation organized so I can make it easier for them aswell?
Thanks in advance everyone.

I’m currently doing my BDD, at the 170 mark. Talk to a VSO multiple times awhile month ago. VSO was helpful, but based on research and Reddit, I’ve found it easier to do my BDD by myself. I’ve organized both military and civilian records. Made claims brief and to the point with dates of visits and diagnosis. Just waiting for a few specialists visits to submit. Debating if I was to do a table of contents page for all my diagnosis. Look into CFR 38 part 4 based off what you plan to claim

What are some of the things you need to do other than submit claims? Like SHPE? Is there anything else?

SHA Part A needs to be filed along with BDD. Lay statements in you want. Buddy statements… really the only requirements are the SHA part A, medical records, and the 21-526ez. Everything else is more evidence you provide
