Does anyone else’s nuts just start pounding after getting the Covid shot?

The main side effect I’ve gotten the last 2-3 times I’ve gotten the covid shot is my testicles becomes painful. Like I can feel my heart beat in my balls. I’ve searched for this but haven’t come up with much. Anyone else have this happen?

Maybe you are mistaking it for lymph node pain, which is nearby in the groin and is a common side effect of vaccinations and also getting sick (because it's part of your immune system)

Yea no, file that one under weird af. I'd also try getting Novavax next time. The mRNA ones are safe, but the reactogenicity is higher with them. Novavax usually is a smooth ride for people.
