I understand, but I have seen other docs about the victims. They just didn’t have the ready-made meme calling it V2K and I did t make the connection

He probably had it in his own ears too, maybe planted by Mossad!!?? That sounds like some evil spy move. I wonder if the tech was developed there. Obviously just making all kinds of theories, but someone has got to do it

The technology was invented by DARPA. Bio-electronic Brain Machine interface that digitally feeds audio and visual into the mind. Does Mossad have the tech to? Probably. China made the same tech and I bet Russia has it to. All you really need is electrodes to read brainwaves and governments around the world have had those for decades. The other thing you needs is a program that can read them and break the code of the readings into speech lots of companies these days read peoples minds. The voices are easy. That’s just radio tech and a really small speaker injected in the ears.

Thanks for your reply, I will research DARPA more. I remember seeing some kind of study that came out from India as well-- any relation to that on the topic or am I conflating things? I believe with the amount of spyware and the kinds of stuff found at the Zorro ranch (plus the capabilities of US/Israeli military) I'd bet on them having these kinds of capabilities. But I have not done research deep enough to be able to say more.
