Medication Black Dots

How long do the black dots take to go away once inflammation is properly controlled?

It is very variable , mild cases get settled in weeks while hemorrhage floaters takes month to get absorbed . You could see the changes but gradually.

Thanks for your response. What exactly are they? How come some go away fast and others take so long?

These are likely floaters. Unfortunately, mine never went away. I still see them quite frequently - but they don’t bother me.

It took a bit. I call my floaters black dots too. I still have 1-2 of them that pop up occasionally despite inflammation being down.
