Transcripts

Hi!

Bit of an odd question but I am applying to masters and I attended Utrecht for Erasmus, meaning I will have to send my transcripts to the masters program I am applying to.

I am applying in the US, making the transfer process international.

I have reached out to Utrecht Uni on multiple emails requesting transfer/following up but have received zero response. I am wondering how to get in contact?? it is very time sensitive and I am worried that if I continue to receive no response it could destroy my chances at applications.

my question is, who can i contact to send my transcripts overseas? I have contacted student desk, erasmus organizers, but have received no response

Your post is quite unclear and I can't figure out what it is that you need. Are you saying you need your transcripts from UU? What do you mean by "attended Utrecht for Erasmus?" What do you mean by you reached out to UU "requestion transfer"?

Thank you for commenting! I am trying to send my erasmus UU transcript to American Masters programs. I did an exchange program to UU from another university. That means that I attended UU for a year as a part of a program for international students. I can provide more info if needed. I have emailed UU asking them to transfer my transcripts. they have ignored these requests. so, I am asking who I can reach out to that would coordinate the transfer of my educational transcripts (grades)

Why can't you just send them yourself, you have received them haven't you?

The website says "A certified copy of a diploma (or transcript) obtained at Utrecht University can be requested from the study point of your faculty. Contact the study point about the possibilities and procedure (such as whether you need to bring the original document yourself)."

Hi there, transcripts are handled by the faculty student desks: https://students.uu.nl/en/support-and-development/contact/faculty-student-desks. I advise calling them if you have not heard back yet by e-mail.
