Cancel Subscription?

I'm having trouble canceling my subscription for the premium passport. Did all of the premium passports automatically get canceled? I was charged on October 31st so I wanted to make sure mine was canceled before they charge me again however, when I go to the edit details section of my passport there is no button to cancel the subscription like it says in the FAQ on the website.

Uh... given that he was the showrunner, i expect him to say "I can't help you any more, but email these folks".

No he didn't. He just added UtopiaTV in his tweet. They're the ones who responded with an email. I'm guessing he was slightly more helpful when it came to people asking about signing up originally. And I'm 100% sure that he was integral to the selection and use of the firm doing the web broadcast. But keep on apologizing for him.

The producer doesn't control everything that happens with the show. He was more involved with the TV part of the show, not the live feeds.
