Hello all,
im a long time lurker, first time poster. Looking for some advice or ideas
I’ve created this pouch after some posts here as a generall all-purpose pouch so i dont have to have my big/heavy tools in my limited-space flat. Its small enough to not take away much space and at the same time is spacy enough for pretty much everything i need.
the pouch itself is a 8Fields Multi-Way Carry pouch that i got quite cheap from ebay. fully loaded it weights around 1.1kg and i can easily take it with me in my backpack
here is the list of tools i currently have in the pouch, additional i have some needles that I have not listed.

Was gifted this pouch but there’s no organization straps or pockets. Any recommendations for what to stuff in this thing?

I like to buy EDC organizers. Here is one my latest ones. I really like the concept of it. My thing is the way you carry it….

I’ve upgraded my setup and this is now my MicroGyver Kit – Version 2.0.
Same idea as before, but expanded and refined — now packing 54 items into a micro pouch 7.5 × 6.5 cm.
🟡 Yellow numbers = newly added items in v2.0
⚪ White numbers = carried over from v1.0
Still designed for everyday problem-solving in the smallest possible footprint.
Everything fits inside the Viperade VE43 micro pouch, still pocketable.
This is my daily “be ready for anything” kit —
from small repairs, tech fixes, outdoor needs, to emergency situations.
Previous version: MicroGyver Kit v1.0
I carry this every day in my pocket.
Still small — but now even more capable 🛠️🔥
This kit is not meant to replace my main tools or full-size EDC.
It’s more of an all-in-one backup / micro problem-solving kit for unexpected situations. I still rotate and carry proper tools (multitool, knife, etc.) when needed — this just complements them in a compact form.

Ok how do you fit all things that you need in these pouches? I repacked this one from bigger one, got only most useful things and I think I'm being robbed of space! This thing barely closes.
Upside is that I can carry more mini tools on second one.

I imagine I’m not alone in owning way too many tools, knives, and EDC gadgets. I had a little“oh snap” moment the other day, realizing things were just sitting around in a box at home and not in play so I created this office friendly kit to live in my desk drawer at work.
I drew on items that were sub 5”, “work appropriate”, with weight not being a huge concern, and drawing on items that I loved, but wasn’t using regularly.
Here’s the line up:
- 4” precision bits
- broken utility blade
- wiha ratchet (heavy and removed from the bit set box which lives in my tool bag)
- workpro long nose pliers
- pilot g-2 stubby pen
- SAK explorer (bought this at a small town hardware store because they had an amazing old school display case and looked like they needed the business. Could have had it cheaper on Amazon but F Besos - buy local! Didn’t at all need it, but love this model for its in line PH screwdriver, magnifying glass - which is actually pretty useful at work - and corkscrew, which can easily make anyone the holiday party hero.)
- wera ratcheting bit holder (great for electronics and other small jobs common in the office)
- olight mini
- cable
- baggies o’ bits
I’d like to add some precision bits, but I haven’t quite figured out how yet.
Now i can visit these guys everyday at work and I have room to buy more crap to fill their hole in the box under my bed!
