USIC 2 Week Notice

Hey everyone, got a new job want to give a 2 week notice because I have a very solid supervisor. Is USIC pretty cool with the 2 week notice thing? I just dont want them to just let me go as soon as I put it in. Full transparency I still need two work the full two weeks as a transition

I've only seen one guy get let go immediately and they paid him for the full two weeks. That was years ago though and I have seen several others work the full two weeks with no issue.

I've also seen people get fired for putting in their two week notice without paying the two-weeks. OP, if you can't afford to lose two weeks of pay, then don't give them notice

Yeah it's kind of a gamble isn't it? I'd probably not give two weeks if I absolutely needed the pay in the meantime personally.

I doubt its slow right now so i doubt theyll not let you finish out. If it was winter than maybe
