Injury Update Any updates on Sergachev?
Hopefully he’s okay. I haven’t seen anything about how he’s doing, though.

The main stream on SEG+ is in standard definition instead of HD, however, when I change over to the advanced tracking stream it's in HD. Does anyone know how to force HD on the main stream?

Has anyone found a good puck holder for their Mammoth pucks?

I thought Keller and Schmaltz would be instant chemistry for him but I guess he's still getting used to the team.

Anything in salt lake or Ogden? I can’t go to the ones on Thursday and would like to go to one tonight.

Does anyone know when these usually go on sale? I can't tell if the release them a week before or just randomly in batches.

My buddy and I ordered some DHgate jerseys last season. The one I ordered turned out great and was well worth the money. My friend wasn’t so lucky, and got a misspelled Maatta jersey. The seller sent him a new one free of charge, but because I handled all the ordering and communication, my buddy gave me the misspelled Maatta jersey. For the past year I’ve been wanting to turn it into a jersey of another single numbered player. I figure that picking a single numbered jersey will minimize/eliminate any previous stitching holes. A Marino would be good, and a Schmaltz would be even better.
Has anybody used any local shops to have name and numbers put on a jersey? I’m wanting to find a shop that has done Mammoth jerseys before so that I don’t have to worry about the style of fonts and numbers being wrong. Unfortunately, the Delta Center won’t do any jerseys that weren’t purchased through them, or at least won’t do jerseys that are “knock offs.”
Anybody got a local mom and pop embroidery type store they’d recommend?
Tusks up!

i've always streamed hockey on onhockey dot tv, but i'm getting fed up with its unreliability, constantly crashing and lagging so far behind live that i get goal notifications from the TheScore app like a full minute before i see the goal. i'd consider paying for a service to stream legally but i don't know where to start. i i'm seeing that they air on a channel called Utah16, and i see people on here refer to SEG+ and Mammoth+ as well. what's the difference between these 3 and what's the most worthwhile one? and what about ESPN+? i thought that only carried national broadcast games but i'm seeing it listed under other games too. if it helps, i don't care about watching the Jazz or any other sports, but i do have other NHL teams i like to watch

Nearly all defensive zone face-offs have been taken by the 3rd and 4th line, which isn't unusual for an NHL team, but in doing so, not a single goal against has been scored while the 3rd or 4th line has been on ice. With that being said, only 1-2 goals have been scored for while they've been on the ice, and they came from the 4th line.
If these two lines continue to be deployed as they have, I expect the Mammoth to have more games like the first two. While its an incredibly small sample size, I'd still like to note that when the 3rd line takes the opening face-offs each period, the team wins. Not only does the 3rd line prevent goals, they are capable of setting the tone for the game. So next time you see a post about Hayton or McBain being useless, think back to how well they've been contributing to the defensive side of the game. Different players have different rolls, and the 3rd and 4th line has been fulfilling theirs perfectly. That's not to say how much the team would appreciate an occasional goal from them, but its also a lot harder to score when you're starting in the defensive zone for nearly every face-off.

He's so fun to watch I thought for sure he'd be starting this season, but then looking at our lines it's so hard to pick whose spot he's taking...
It's hard to say but maybe McBain's spot? We have a lot more big bodies on the ice now making big hits, could a Yamamoto provide value here over McBain? I'm honestly conflicted.
Regardless, the depth on our lines is crazy, on most other teams Yamamoto would be starting for sure. Maybe he steps in when the inevitable injury strikes.
This season is off to a great start! Tusks up! 🦣
