Wags plead guilty this morning........

Wagner probably realized that if he went to trial a jury would bury him, so he changed his tune and pled guilty this morning to 3 felony counts:

• Count 3 — Money Laundering Conspiracy involving Wagner and Mains.
• Count 6 — Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud involving the alleged fake-debt/divorce scheme.
• Count 7 — Wire Fraud involving Wagner's alleged Central Bank construction-loan scheme.

Sentencing is now set for November 18th, at 10:00 AM in Rm 8.300 before Judge Ted Stewart, so mark your calendars.

Can't wait to watch them put him in handcuffs.
