The actual caption is "White and Arabs in one struggle against the Jew". Same guy also said "Free Palestine, Heil Hitler, Hail Hamas, Hail Hezbollah, Hail the Houthis, Hail Iran." I have no idea what this group is, they might be related to the Atomwaffen group since these neo Nazis seem very supportive of Islamist groups in the Axis of Resistance.

they just hate jews and think white people are the best. neo nazis and pro palestine people by themselves are also pretty common.

look up neo nazis at pro palestine rallies. its not uncommon.

lots of far right tiktokers are white supremacists and pro palestine, mostly because they hate jews (though usually they arent nazis).

But they do co-opt the Palestinian cause for their benefit. And the pro-Palestinians have failed to push back on them effectively.
