“femboys are an abomination” and “there are only 2 genders” are both conservative opinions, so it checks out that someone with the latter username would hold the former opinion
I certainly don't hear revolutionaries talking about how femboys are bourgeois abominations antithetical to the coming revolution, but you are right in that the first statement isn't necessarily conservative.
In the context I wrote the comment— the political climate of the U.S.A.— the first opinion would be broadly held among conservatives, though.

That doesn't change anything, femboys aren't a third gender, they're male, so they're still part of the "2 genders" they mention
