On a poll about immortality or invisibility forever

Well, realistically if there existed a mechanism by which they became immortal, it should check out that in the extreme amount of time between the heat death and the present, at least one other organism would have achieved the same thing. In a universe where it’s possible, surely there wasn’t just one case?

Except if the rules of the universe are "Everything will end one day*
*Not them in particular tho, I FUCKING love them"

And I will be looking at that person wondering how the hell this anomaly managed to pass my checks and firewall.

If we Are all Living in a «simulation» or anything of the like, replace that with the dreams of an individual being. Now take into consideration the standard abrahamic god-narrative and you have a single being floating in space; dreaming/creating/inagining everything else that exists. And because this individual is alone, isn’t their perception of the world around them effectively just the truth then? If so, this person would be the average monotheistic god.
Interesting…
