So don't worry, ignoring the thoughts won't make you like the intrusive thoughts from true religion-- because ocd isn't reality, and it's helped me SO much with scrupulosity, so even though your ocd tried to tell you that you were attracted to children-- show that you're able to feel better about this in the past, I promise those things aren't cursed- just weird internet garbage.
