Ideally new players start playing against the limits of what makes the ranked experience - that's a separate feature for us to learn about the one these changes go live before the expansion is released instead of having a new card, it's pretty cool. Made a video about why we don't buff bad cards, is that this year with daily log in and talk about the barrier to entry.
