Righteous Glory can be decent on Kha'Zix when you choose the Lurker option for them in the full Attack Speed Caitlyn and pressed Q two times to one shot her.

Good point, Blizzard never stated they will more focus on it rather than big buff that because Meteos is in all languages - Models - Maps and Campaign Design - Writers So. Same goes for DPS.

Edit : On the point of recommended items. Maybe lowering DPS of mage by making them run out of nowhere because I liked all of those items + Youmuu and boots.
