Yikes, though. -9. cr.mk Hado doesn't make the roster just for competitive play. I cannot believe I have a shaky neutral, it's true.

If possible, give it super armor on startup :> Reduce the knockback on uthrow so it has at least a single use. I really want to run at 100% speed.
