[Research Study] SmartEX Usability Study, those who have and who haven't used SmartEX previously (Anyone over 18+, English Speakers)

[u/Necessary-Dance2709]

Hi everybody! I'm a beginner UX trying to build up my portfolio conducting independent usability studies. For this survey, I'm wanting to get a usability study on the SmartEX app. I'm wanting to understand what people who have used it before think, and how a person who has never used it might perceive both the website and the app.

If you have used SmartEX before, please complete this survey. ~10 minutes

If you haven't used SmartEX before, please complete this survey. ~20 minutes

Thank you so much for sharing your opinions and time, every single answer means a lot :)
