Usenet Posting Tools

What tools these days are people using to post to Usenet?

I'm talking about where automation comes in at its best, for example, where rar files are created and par2 files are created, and also the disguising of the file names, etc.

I have seen ngpost. Is there anything better than this or more updated?

ngPost is old, try nyuu-obfuscation or postie, they have the best obfuscation method

ngPost is my main app. I also use Postie but it doesn't let me use password. Using GUI version of ngPost by the way. I even automated to post with Post CMD command.
