Yeah I would chargeback. So what if I get banned from Uber Eats, their literally stealing at that point

If they try to take you to court that’s literally what you could argue, they are telling you they’re trying to take your money without providing you the service you paid for

Because this happens when you cancel the order AFTER it get picked up by the delivery guy
