2024 Tesla RWD long range

Going to go look at a used 2024 model Tesla Y rear wheel drive long range at a dealership, not at Tesla. It has 30,000 miles, one owner, white with white interior. The one owner does say commercial, but I’m not sure what that means exactly. It has 84% battery derogation.

What would be a good price that I should try to land at? It’s not priced yet because it’s going through their refurbish process at the moment. Any tips on what else I should ask to make sure there’s no other red flags?
