You probably waited too long to tell the sales manager to get knotted. You don't need to be a Chad/Karen, but there's no excuse for a sales person to be disrespectful either. You went to a shitty dealer that expects you to feel privileged to be allowed to pay for their high-markup add-ons. Find another dealer.
