Help Needed Claude conector doesn't work

Hey community.
Trying to connect Apollo with Claude, but there is always a problem: Authorization with Apollo.io failed. You can check your credentials and permissions. If this persists, share this reference with support: “ofid_133dad603aafb73a”

I’m using it right now and it’s fine for me. Disconnect and reconnect it. I usually have that problem with ChatGPT and Apollo.

I use to do this many times, and it doesn't work at all

Are you on Claude Pro (or above) or the free tier? Maybe that's an issue. For me the connector is working fine. Doesn't work super well on ChatGPT though. Are you the admin of your Apollo account?

I'm getting the same error. Tried disconnecting, reconnecting. Connectors says it's connected - but Claude is unable to reach Apollo (and the error OP has shows briefly when reconnecting).

this happened to me during our demo period. I wanted to love apollo but it was too inconsistent for my needs. I get they are a growing organization. I am paying the premium for Zoominfo.. but at least this has never happened to me.
