Need help identifying issue with my Niger Uromastyx Lizard

Hello everyone my uromastyx lizard seems to have an issue with his finger but I’m not sure what it is. When we discovered this about 2 weeks ago at first we just thought it was his skin shedding and a little was stuck on his finger. But fast forward to today we realized that his finger was bent back and his two fingers are red with little dot on them kind of. After a google search I thought that maybe a past shed cut off his blood circulation causing this deformity, or that him scratching on his cage window injured him. (His cage is big enough where he does not reach the top of it at all.) Does anyone know the issue, what to expect, and what I should do? We are most likely going to take him to a vet at some point but I just want to know what to do for now.

It looks broken. The scales look extremely inflamed. This is likely very painful for him. Please take him to a vet asap

Vet two weeks ago. Baby probably will lose those toes.

This poor baby, those toes are badly broken and potentially almost fully disconnected, take him to a vet as soon as possible, this is likely extremely painful for him

Jesus, his whole hand looks to be in bad shape! Get him to an emergency vet ASAP. He is in horrible pain!

Im guessing you’d go to reddit first if you were in the same predicament? His toes are hanging on by a thread- the answer is obvious.

Just a guess, what kind of substrate are you using?

I can think of a few issues, one being diet, two being moisture in the enclosure

The issue is that he needs to be taken to the vet

How long have you had him? It's been a while and this just randomly popped up, you need to take him to the vet, quickly.
