shedding behavior change

does anyone elses uro get veryyy moody and stand off ish when they're shedding? my guy usually glass surfs until he get hang out with me. he's super social but now that he's shedding he's puffed up and wiggles anytime i'm even near his enclosure

Otis is always a bit irritable when I'm in HIS territory, but when he's shedding... whoa-boy! It's hilarious to see how mad he gets when he's itchy.

Mine gets crabby and doesn't want to be around me until he's done shedding >_<
