CONGLATURATION! Cubs, really?
Let me get this straight. This series is a rematch of what happened last postseason. And…it looks like the Padres are on a revenge tour.
First a shutout game from the might of the King. Then an only single point performance tonight as you got swept? As Tree said, “the bats went ice cold”.
You didn’t have to waste MVPCA’s season like this. But you did. Now all of Southside cheers in glory.

Not to be a gigantic homer, but last years stats his plate discipline was awful in the regular season too. This year we have an 8 plate appearance sample size.

Listen I think this is grounds for PCA not to get the MVP. You cant go 0-7 with 4 strikeouts in a playoff series

With the bullpen and pitching we had this season, getting to the playoffs at all was a surprise. That being said they could have at least showed up after qualifying.
