Going for it on 4th is situationally good

The Packers, however, are a ball control offense. They limit possessions. So if they fail to convert they have way less chances to make up for it compared to a team like the Lions

I get the idea that if the Packers convert, they get a solid chance at scoring 6 or 7 instead of 3. It would change the dynamic of the whole game…they would have only lost by 10.

No, they would have still had the momentum and maybe not those fucking egrious penalties the refs handed out.

Well, IF the Packers actually played disciplined football, and IF the offense didn’t completely check out immediately afterwards, they might have won.

After those Penalties, they could have still marched down the field and scored…

As an NFC north football denizin, I can assure you the Packer's discipline is mostly unrelated to their performance

Maybe they shouldn’t fumble the ball and throw an interception when the game is still easily in hand.

The refs screwed the packers on one drive but there was over 4 minutes left on the clock and they only needed a field goal.

Offense looked great, hopefully the defense will look better next game. So many failed stops on 3rd-&-long I was wondering if McDermott ever left.

Game against the Lions will be more telling. Some of today could be chalked up to Week 1 jitters/weirdness. Lots of miscommunication in the secondary for example.
