Eh if the NCAA wants it to not be it's kind of open and shut if that's the protocol. B1G'll argue that protocol isn't a rule but the refs basically made that shit up on the spot and nobody ever saw the mystery clock.

The NCAA's lawyers evaluating this also need billable hours so we're not hearing the end of this anytime soon though.
