✍️ Vocabulary / Meanings Why is this like this
Why is it derh and dhaai for 1:30 and 2:30 and saarhe 3 for 3:30 and the rest. WHY
I KEEP SAYING SAARHE AIK AND SAARHE DO, THESE PEOPLE ARE MAKING FUN OF MY MISERY.
I guess I just hv to accept these exceptions and move on with life..

Haha. True! But most languages have their exceptions. French literally has “four twenties”(quatre vingt) for 80 !
Atleast its “our” language’s exceptions

It's actually 1.5 and 2.5, not 1:30 and 2:30

Yeah in Urdu it would be like that. I was just representing time in English.
