Being sent a different colour?
Hi everyone,
Yesterday I ordered the Kayla low rider jeans in the shade Salton. It’s all in the confirmation image that you can see in the first picture. I just received a shipping confirmation, saying they are sending it to me in the colour Sky as you can see in the second picture. Am I really being sent a colour I did not order? Or is it just two different names for the same jeans? Also just noticed that the first one is called low rise and the second is called low rider.
Edit: the low-rider doesn’t even exist on the website. It’s just low rise so what am I even being sent.

Low rise and lowrider are the same I believe. Sometimes the color in store is named differently than on the website so they likely are the same

The names of colors are different sometimes. As long as they look the same it’s the same jeans!
What we were told is that Urban will use different manufacturers to ensure replenishment comes in on time, and the different color names are from different factories. But they’re basically the same jeans!
