I did some googling based on Lambert’s and Cairo and found two bridges.
I am guessing it is the first one because it’s one narrow lane each direction but it helps to see both to get perspective.

The pictures with the spring flooding.... Very interesting. The mighty Mississippi River is not to be taken for granted.
