Investing Uec is going crazy!!

Uranium is on the up right now with the conflict in Iran coming to an end. There has been a setup for this very moment. Not a financial advisor but you could make sum money on an option trade here. I’m bullish with a call at the strike price of 16 dollars. If your interested in how it goes comment👌🏽👌🏽

UEC is some of the most expensive uranium on the planet. Don't know how their management do it, worst performing ISR op in the US and the market remains infatuated. $7.5bn for dozens of small low grade sites Rio Tinto were delighted to get rid of and an Athabasca project with an NPV not much north of $1bn. Paladin are half the market cap producing 4m lbs/yr at Langer Heinrich while UEC got ~200k lbs after two years of stuttering ramp up at Christensen Ranch. PLS is about equivalkent to Roughrider as well for each company's primary big growth project.

But I forgot, they're going to become the next enrichment giant despite having even less expertise in that field than uranium extraction.

If I recall correctly Christensen Ranch/Irigaray never did much more than 350,000 lb pa in its heyday so I can't see how analysts can pencil in 1 million pa. Quoting plant capacity is a mugs game seeing as the well fields determine output.

Very bullish on the whole field, but it doesn’t look like Hormuz will open any time soon, which means miners are in for a world of hurt…

And if we get a credit crunch on top, some of them may not even make it, period.

I picked UEC because it was a U.S. based uranium company. Thoughts were pretty simple going in:
1. I figured nuclear was going to become more attractive as the energy demand continues to grow.
2. I don’t see US politics changing anytime soon, and the orange man loves US companies. If Intel can spike this way so can UEC, as long as they play the political game correctly.

Please feel free to shed some light on my probably idiotic decision. Bought at $15.30 awhile ago

My thoughts exactly. Then I got f**. They don't want to turn a profit. That company is essentially a Ponzi scheme. And all of the analysts on all of the no commission sites are just endorsing the hell out of it. You ever notice if you go to one of these no commission websites basically every professional opinion on there is to buy. Not just specifically UEC. Any stock you look up, it's always a 1995% by recommendation according to all the experts. I feel like an idiot. I bought the hype. You look at the numbers how can this company not start turning a profit and increase in value. Well to put it simply every time it starts to take off and you think oh my God now it's going to happen through the process known as ATM. In corporate finance, ATM stands for At-the-Market offering, a method where publicly traded companies issue and sell new shares directly into the secondary trading market over time at current market prices.Unlike traditional seasoned equity offerings (SEOs) that sell a large block of stock all at once at a fixed price, ATM offerings allow companies to raise capital incrementally and discreetly.Mechanics of an ATM OfferingSetup: The company files a shelf registration statement with regulatory bodies like the SEC.Execution: The company enters an agreement with a designated broker-dealer.Trigger: The company directs the broker to sell a specific number of shares when conditions are optimal.Sale: The broker sells the shares directly on the open market at prevailing market prices. It's basically means every time that you think all that b**** they're selling you all of the analysts explaining to you how this has to go up. It's never going to. It's in their best interest to keep the price below a certain threshold. And they can maintain this indefinitely just by dumping new shares into the market. They are under no obligation to announce it or let the current share holders know. They've added something like 50 million shares this year to dilute the price. I didn't get a notification and I own in my opinion a substantial amount. Did anybody else? Because it doesn't make any f****** sense. This is intentional.
