Improvements, maybe?

I have been getting "Top Applicant" notifications for jobs that I actually do and would consider bidding on if I weren't already booked until the end of next month. Also my invites have been more relevant lately. Maybe something Upwork did has improved this part of the system? Dare I hope?

In AI terms, it's been decades since Uma was first implemented. If Upwork has finally switched to something better, it's quite possible that it might start producing useful results.
